Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FastGen Cloud (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the FastGen Cloud website, console, and API (the “Service”).

Information we collect

• Account information. Email address, name or company name, password hash, and billing email.
• Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited details (such as the card brand, last four digits, expiry, and billing country) and transaction records; we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Content you submit. Prompts, input images, and other job parameters (“Inputs”) and the images/videos we generate for you (“Outputs”).
• Usage and technical data. API request logs (timestamps, endpoints, job identifiers, status codes, request ids), IP address, user agent, and console activity.
• Moderation data. Automated content-safety scores for prompts, inputs, and outputs, and records of blocked requests.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, secure, and bill for the Service.
• To enforce our Acceptable Use Policy, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with legal obligations (including mandatory reporting of child sexual abuse material).
• To respond to support requests and send service notices (e.g. low balance, security alerts). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve the Service.

We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train machine-learning models, and we do not sell personal information.

Retention

• Inputs and Outputs are stored for the retention period set on your account (default 7 days; configurable from 1 to 7 days) and then permanently deleted. You can delete individual jobs earlier via the API.
• Content blocked by moderation is deleted immediately and never delivered, except where preservation is required by law.
• Account, billing, and ledger records are kept for as long as your account exists and thereafter as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years).
• Request logs are retained for up to 90 days.

Sharing and processors

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:

• Stripe — payment processing and invoicing.
• Vercel — hosting of the website, console, and API.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• RunPod — GPU compute that runs the generation models. Inputs are transmitted to the worker for the duration of the job.
• Sightengine and OpenAI — automated content-safety screening of images and text.
• Email delivery providers — transactional email.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users and the public, or in connection with a merger or acquisition (with notice to you).

International transfers

We are based in the United States and process data there and in the regions of our providers. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update account details in the console, delete jobs via the API, or email us to exercise other rights. We respond within 30 days.

Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage, hashed API keys, least-privilege access, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please report vulnerabilities to support@fastgencloud.com.

Cookies

The website uses only strictly necessary cookies (session authentication for the console). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
