Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the FastGen Cloud Terms of Service. FastGen Cloud is a general-purpose image and video generation API for adult developers and businesses. Prompts and images are passed to the models as you send them; you decide what your product allows and you are responsible for how the outputs are used. There is one line we enforce automatically on every job and will never relax: nothing involving minors.

Absolutely prohibited (enforced automatically)

• Any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative depiction of a minor, real or fictional, photorealistic or stylized, and any attempt to produce one (including “aging down” a subject or using minor-coded terms with sexual content). Prompts, input images, and every generated output are screened for this. A block is refunded and recorded; detected input material is preserved for reporting; the account is terminated and suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.

Prohibited by policy (enforced on report and review)

• Non-consensual likenesses. Sexual or otherwise harmful depictions of real, identifiable people without their consent (deepfakes, “undressing” real people, impersonation, misleading depictions of public figures).
• Illegal content and activity under the laws that apply to you or your users, including content that facilitates fraud, violence, terrorism, or crime, and content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• Harassment and hate targeting an individual or attacking people based on protected characteristics.
• Deceptive media presented as authentic (fake news imagery, forged documents, counterfeit product imagery) without disclosure that it is generated.

Adult content

Adult (18+) content is permitted where it is lawful and depicts adults only. If your product exposes adult generation to end users you must: restrict access to adults (age gating appropriate to your jurisdiction), obtain and be able to evidence consent for any real person depicted, comply with the laws and platform rules that govern distribution where you operate, and label such content clearly. You, not FastGen Cloud, are the publisher of what your users generate.

Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to bypass or probe the minor-safety checks (prompt manipulation, encoded text, resubmitting blocked content).
• Reselling raw API access without adding your own product, or using another person’s API key or account.
• Uploading malware, scraping the Service, or interfering with its operation.

Enforcement

• Requests blocked by the minor-safety checks return a content_blocked error and are refunded to your balance; blocked outputs are deleted and never delivered.
• Blocks are recorded on the account. Repeated blocks pause the account pending review; serious violations result in suspension or termination without refund of consumed amounts.
• Other AUP violations are handled on report and review, and may result in content removal, suspension, or termination.
• We may retain metadata about blocked requests (never the blocked images themselves, except where preservation is legally required) for abuse prevention.

Reporting

To report content or an account you believe violates this policy, email support@fastgencloud.com with the job id, URL, or other identifying information. Rights holders may submit takedown requests to the same address.
